Everything has basically shut down during this pandemic crisis. This unfortunately has extended to weddings and company events. Caterers are shut down too.
It is recommended by the federal government that groups no larger than ten people congregate. So, for those of you who are having a very small wedding, this is fine for you. But, do you want to be the reason that a friend or relative gets the coronavirus? Probably not. Its probably a better idea to reschedule your event or wedding until after we have a better idea of when this will be more contained.
Some people are still having weddings via group chat services. Services like Zoom and Skype are allowing people to interface and stay safe at the same time. It may not be ideal but if you need to get married or have a group function this year, this may be the best idea.
